WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Shipment processing time

In-store pick up is available for all purchases.
Orders can be picked up Monday – Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on address and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Santiago’s Air Cooled will not ship to addresses with P.O boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Santiago’s Air Cooled is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Santiago’s Air Cooled is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and. duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are. responsible for complying. With the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for such additional costs or taxes.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday- Friday with the exceptions of holidays
To ensure expedited delivery, order must be placed by 3pm PST.

Delayed Orders

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
